Get ready for the New YouTube
Word just in that Google will be launching a full site makeover of their popular video site YouTube on April 16. The plan is to refocus the site more on big ticket content like TV Shows and music videos, which should start to generate some good ad revenue for the giant.
If they can get a global deal done, it might turn out to be a big deal, as currently sites like hulu.com are not available outside the US, but do provide full episodes of popular TV shows over the web.
Guess we’ll find out in a couple of weeks.
