Audible.com – Fantastic Service!
I signed up for an Audible account taking advantage of a free title promotion that a podcast I listen to was running some months ago. They have a fantastic range of audio books, and you can whack them on your iPod or other device and listen when convenient.
Being able to listen while I walk, ride or drive means its finally easy for me to “read” books again… I just havent had the time to sit down and read a traditional book in ages.
The other day I logged in to buy some new books, and found somehow that a couple of weeks before, all my credits had been used to purchase books I had never heard of. I immediately emailed Audible to complain and ask them to delete those titles and reinstate my credits.
I expected them to tell me to get stuffed, but instead, they immediately did as I asked, and I now have my credits back to buy the books I want.
