Unscheduled Outage affected all web hosting customers
Just a quick note to let everyone know our back end web servers had some connectivity issues last night. The outage lasted from about 5pm to about 4am this morning. During that time, you would not have been able to retrieve email, and your website would have been unreachable.
No email was lost during this time, and all emails sent to you during this time would now have been delivered. We have received one report that a few emails arrived with no body, just the subject; If you see this, just email the sender and ask them to resend their email.
